Telefónica Digital appoints Marcio Chaer for Latin American development

Telefónica Digital has appointed Marcio Chaer as director of advertising acceleration LatAm, leading a team focused on driving mobile advertising opportunities across Latin America.

Chaer comes from a position as managing director of the region's Mobile Marketing Association.
