Rockport Steps Into Mobile Payments with Google Wallet

Shoe retailer Rockport has integrated Google Wallet as a payment option on its new mobile site.

Rockport mobile customers can now use the payment solution upon checkout, meaning they won't be required to enter any other information since everything is already stored in their Google Wallet.

“The checkout process is a key part of any mobile commerce consumer experience,” said Kimberly Correia Hunt, Director of Global eCommerce for Rockport. “This new tool from Google Wallet means our customers can more quickly and easily complete a mobile purchase. We see this as a big asset and are pleased to have been selected to be one of the first online retailers with this tool.”
