RIM renames Blackberry App World

RIM has renamed its app store, changing it from Blackberry App World to BlackBerry World, ahead of the launch of BB10 on 30 January. It will be offering new types of content for users to buy, including videos and music, making it a ‘one-stop shop for all of your entertainment needs’. The online store should reflect this change in the next day, Playbook and smartphone updates are expected in the coming weeks.
