Nimbuzz Updates Symbian Client

Nimbuzz has launched its Symbian 2.2 client, which includes full Twitter functionality, and, in a first for Symbian handsets, pop up notifications. The Twitter client includes Timelines, Direct Messaging, Searches, Trends and Profiles, and according to Nimbuzz, outperforms standalone Twitter applications. The pop-up notifications alert users to incoming chats and events, while the application runs in the background.
Further additions to the Symbian update include kinetic scrolling for 5th edition touchscreen phones, a new chat screen and contact list layout, chat history, and a direct link to the NimbuzzOut rate calculator for international calls. The client is available as a free download from Symbian app stores, such as Nokias Ovi Store, and via the Nimbuzz website.
Nimbuzz recently achieved its 13 millionth registration, and is adding new users at the rate of over 1 million each month. The service has an international user footprint of 220 countries.
Nimbuzz for Symbian is by far our most sophisticated client and the only product available to offer users such a comprehensive range of features and such a complete communications experience, says Nimbuzz CEO, Evert-Jaap Lugt.

Nimbuzz by adding Twitter in

Nimbuzz by adding Twitter in their new version 2.2 for symbian users offers a centralized messaging client with the most comprehensive all-in one VoIP calls, Instant Messaging and file-sharing with the worlds most popular social networks. Truphone and Vopium is cheap for VoIP calls but for all other features Nimbuzz is best.
