Mobilis Algeria Hands Messaging Brief to Acision
Mobilis Algeria Telecom has selected mobile messaging firm Acision to deploy an advanced messaging platform with real-time mediation and reporting. The solution will include personalised features, such as SMS forwarding and auto-reply, and be underpinned by a centralised management system with reporting and analysis tools.
With over 11m subscribers, Mobilis’ strategy is to drive customer acquisition and retention by providing premium services that can be enhanced as customer demands change, but which can also support growth as uptake increases.
The messaging solution will be managed through a real-time mediation, service brokering and centralised management system, which provides a single tool for operational management. The management system will allow Mobilis to monitor service performance and service, and to provide web-based customer care capabilities.
