Data and affinity marketing company Howse Jackson Marketing has been appointed to bring to market the City Communications mobile phone database. City Communications is a mobile handset supplier. Its database comprises approximately 20,000 opted-in records, and includes mobile and postal data, as well as details such as current network provider and contract expiry date. 
Howse Jackson says the list is suitable for any mobile phone SMS campaigns or any postal campaigns targeting young adults aged 18+ with an average household income of 20,000 plus. 60% of the file consists of young men, many with an interest in technology and gadgets.
Specific selections include gender, mobile number, network provider, contract expiry date, geography and recency. List rental costs are 105 per 1,000, with selections charged at 15. The minimum order is 5,000 records.
