How Not to Get Rejected by Apple

Rippll MD Doug ChisholmRippll MD Doug ChisholmApp developer Rippll has released a blog post explaining how to make sure iOS apps don't get rejected by the App Store. The post runs through eight common pitfalls that cause apps to be rejected – including use of copyrighted or adult material, non-matching icons, and any mention of the app's existence on other platforms.

“You've got to love the Apple App Store. It looks great, has tons of great apps and doesn’t let bad actors distribute dangerous apps with viruses, etc,” says Rippll MD Doug Chisholm. “But to maintain this high standard there have to be rules, and this means your app may get rejected. At Rippll, we have published hundreds of apps using our Appsplash app builder, and have had to amend more than a few app submissions in our time to avoid rejections.”

Wow, that is really nice of

Wow, that is really nice of you to help out all of those people who want to be successful at getting their apps through to Apple. It is totally understandable why they have strict rules and we should all be thankful that they do.
