Flytxt Adds Intel to its Big Data Offer

Flytxt is working with Intel to improve its big data analytics platform for mobile operators.

The company is integrating Intel Distribution for Apache Hadoop software into its offering to help CSPs increase revenue and customer loyalty, reduce churn and generate new revenue streams from mobile marketing. The company has already deployed its service to 29 operators across 22 countries and says it has helped to generate $250m incremental revenue so far.

“In combination with the Flytxt software stack, Intel Distribution provides a proven technology platform to enable operators to optimize existing revenue and to generate new revenue streams“," said Mr. Girish Juneja, GM of Intel’s big data software.
