To maximise revenues from the huge volume of traffic there is a massive opportunity to sell brand campaigns to clients direct or to the agency space. Campaigns of this type generally command a CPM 10 times the value of DR and given the huge amount of inventory available – all of which can be targeted to specific demographic segments – this is a media planners or marketing directors dream advertising partner. To lead the charge a hands-on senior sales professional is needed to take this inventory into the west end agencies and direct to global client brands and build B2B advertising partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling brand campaigns, probably from a premium publisher background (News group, Broadcast, Radio) or premium advertising / rich-media network. Or can demonstrate relevant mobile or digital experience – especially in terms of pitching and willing business with agencies.
