Check In and Save with Amex and Foursquare at Harvey Nicks
American Express UK is running a campaign with Foursquare and Harvey Nichols as part of its wide effort to take advantage of social, mobile and location-based services.
Amex account holders can sync the card with their Foursquare app and check in at the department store to receive £25 when spending £25. This campaign allows Amex to tap into Foursquare's 20 million users. It was launched via Twitter yesterday.
The company is also running a variety of 'sync n' save' offers on Foursquare during London Fashion Week. Once synced, whenever a user checks in at a participating location they can load a check in special to reveal an offer or discount. Pay with the synced card to redeem and savings automatically appear as a statement credit in 3-5 working days.
