Business Development Manager - Mobile Media
My client is the leading provider of interactive mobile media applications and value-added services to broadcasters, publishers, production companies and mobile network operators across Europe.
The company is behind many of the biggest digital agencies providing the technology that powers award-winning mobile marketing campaigns, mobile web and application development, messaging, ticketing and barcode system integration, as well as being the leader in enabling interactive broadcast services to UK, Swiss and German media companies
The Role
Cultivate strong and productive relationships with online media networks
Proactively seek and identify potential media opportunities
Selling directly to the Digital Ad Agency Market
Building strong relationships with top and mid tier Agencies
Selling mobile solutions ( Mobile, Tablet )
Create and maintain a solid pipeline of new opportunities, generating your own high-level new business opportunities
Supporting strategic business development plans, drive outbound lead generation and sales activity
Deliver innovative multi platform presentations and proposals
Prepare and customise strategic and comprehensive, need-based, solution-oriented campaign proposals for clients
Pitch, negotiate and close business
Monitor and manage existing media partners to help with increasing the company's revenues and margins
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years digital/online sales experience ( Mobile / tablet market would be advantageous)
A proven record of achievement in delivering against business development sales targets.
Face to face sales experience
In-depth knowledge of UK media landscape and wider media
Strong business acumen
A passion and understanding of all things mobile / digital
