Blackberry Developer Conference Open for Registration

The BlackBerry Developer Conference (DevCon) 2010 is open for registration. The event is a showcase for what can be done with BlackBerry apps, attended by thousands of the world's most enthusiastic developers, BlackBerry experts and Research In Motion (RIM) partners. It takes place from 27 - 30 September at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis in California.

The event focuses on a number of key themes, including the opportunity unleashed by new, totally developer-focused tools, techniques and solutions that make it easier than ever to make outstanding apps; the new BlackBerry platform, and how it meets the needs of developers, operators and corporate customers; generating revenue and profits in the application marketplace to make development effort pay off; and new web-based tools and widgets that lower the barriers to getting started.
