Aardman Produces Disability-Friendly Web App for CBeebies Show

The BBC and Aardman Digital have partnered to launch mobile web app based on CBeebies educational children's show Something Special.

Tumble Tapp Snap is a simple touchscreen-controlled matching game, designed with disabled children in mind. The game, which is accompanied by a desktop Flash-based version, can be configured to suit the accessibility needs of the user, whether they have a profound disability or none at all.

“We’re delighted to be working with the CBeebies team again to extend the Something Special experience into the world of touchscreen devices,” said Aardman Digital producer Jemma Kamara. “We feel it’s a natural progression for the brand, and a perfect platform for their audience.
