1 in 4 sales Black Friday sales will be mobile, says Adobe

Adobe’s Online Shopping Prediction 2012 says that 1 in 4 purchases made this Black Friday will be mobile.

Cyber Monday sales will reach $2bn, an 18 per cent increase on the same last year.

Green Monday, the second Monday in December, will significantly outpace previous years. The typical retailer will see 1.5 times more sales compared to an average day.

Sales on Free Shipping Day - which commemorates the day that members of the navy dock for Christmas  - will increase by 12 per cent over last year, particularly because it falls on a Monday for the first time.
